Hi, I’m Neesh, the therapist behind the name.

Not your usual therapy, but still tailored to fit your story.

Hypnotherapy helps you find calm beneath the surface. Change begins when the subconscious mind feels safe to listen.

Feeling stuck? Let’s figure it out together.

Sometimes the quietest parts of you hold the biggest answers.

I’m a London-based Integrative Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Practitioner who knows what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just... not quite yourself.

As an integrative hypnotherapist and mindfulness practitioner, I draw on a range of counselling and therapeutic approaches — including hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and mindfulness — to gently support you at your own pace.

Therapy doesn’t always mean digging into past trauma — often, it’s not necessary with this form of therapy. But sometimes, if it feels right and safe, we might explore those parts together. Mostly, it’s about finding simple, practical ways to manage anxiety, boost self-esteem, overcome burnout, and move forward with more confidence.

My Approach, in London and Online

My approach is modern, down-to-earth, and integrative. I combine hypnotherapy with techniques tailored to you — whether you’re working with anxiety, identity struggles, burnout, quitting smoking, or overcoming phobias. Together, we find what truly clicks.

You might not have the words for it yet — just a sense that something feels off, or like you're carrying too much.

Hypnotherapy offers space to slow down, understand what’s really going on, and start moving forward with more clarity and calm.

Some things I can help with;

  • Anxiety & overthinking

  • Low self-worth & self-doubt

  • Identity, sexuality & life transitions

  • Burnout & overwhelm

  • Unhelpful habits or patterns that no longer serve you

  • Phobias & fears

  • Confidence & performance blocks

Whether you’re struggling with a problem listed here, or something else, the next step is to book a quick chat to see how I can help.

So, how does hypnotherapy actually work?

Hypnotherapy isn’t about being “put under” or losing control — it’s a gentle way of working with the subconscious mind, where many of our patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored. In fact, it can be described as a therapeutic technique for regaining a sense of control.

Life throws challenges at us — it’s completely normal. Often, those struggles are connected to something deeper playing out beneath the surface. Sometimes, talking alone doesn’t quite reach that space.

Hypnotherapy helps calm the mind and body, creating the space to safely explore those deeper patterns — and begin to shift them.

It’s a bit like tuning into the parts of you that don’t always get a say — the parts that might be trying to protect you, repeat something old, or keep you safe in ways that no longer serve you.

Every session is guided by what you need — there’s no “one-size-fits-all,” and you’re in control every step of the way.

What my clients say

  • Neesh has a warm and intuitive presence. He understands people and his guidance throughout our sessions made me feel safe and heard. I really enjoyed the hypnotherapy and afterwards, I noticed a difference in the intrusive thoughts I was having - they were minimised after our work together. Thank you so much Neesh. Forever grateful.

    C.K

  • I have tried different therapies before but the sessions with Neesh stood out so much from the rest. I went to it open minded, the sessions were online and my worry was that this could be a barrier of how well I would connect with the therapist. I must say that I developed a perfect connection (better than face-to-face therapy in the past). Neesh was very reassuring throughout all of the process. The best thing is that I feel like I’m walking away with a set of tools that I can work with whenever I need.

    K.C

  • I had the pleasure of taking part in a hypnosis session facilitated by Neesh. It was a very positive experience, helping me to relax and feel more confident after the session. Neesh is kind, humble and uses creative solutions. I felt very comfortable and at ease in his presence, thank you Neesh!

    I.E

  • I had an inspirational experience with Neesh - You can tell he genuinely cares and strives to make a difference and that makes all the difference! He has a particularly personable character, and his soothing voice and calming energy made me feel at ease right from the start. I quickly decided our sessions would be beneficial as I could tell he was a wise individual who approaches his work from the heart.

My path to therapy wasn’t straightforward. I’ve faced challenges — from personal trauma to navigating my identity in a world that didn’t always feel safe.

Through therapy, I reclaimed my sense of self — not by “fixing” myself, but by learning to understand, accept, and grow. I’m still a work-in-progress (aren’t we all?), but I’m the most authentic version of myself yet — and I want to help you feel the same.

With my own personal experience of working in the emergency services, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the courage it takes to ask for support and the weight of carrying stress alone.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy.

All you need is the willingness to take the first step — and I’ll meet you there.
